"Thrilled to Be a Guest: Join Me on the Tokyo Living Podcast!"

By Kinota Braithwaite, Anti-Racism and Anti-Bullying Youth Speaker

I've been invited to be a guest on the Tokyo Living Podcast with the wonderful host, Sam Gilbert. This opportunity is both an honor and a privilege, and I can't wait to join Sam in an engaging conversation that I hope will resonate with all of you.

For those who may not be familiar, Sam Gilbert, a co-founder of Club 360, serves as the podcast's host. His mission is clear: to provide a platform for engaging discussions with a diverse array of guests from Tokyo's foreign community. The ultimate goal? To help you lead a healthy, balanced, and enjoyable life in one of the most beautiful and exciting cities in the world. Way to go Sam!

The importance of Mental Health.

But there's more to Sam's mission than just promoting physical health. Sam also recognizes the importance of mental health and emotional well-being in the lives of Tokyo's residents. That's why he invited me on the podcast to discuss my mission, which revolves around a topic of paramount importance: promoting peace and stopping bullying here in Japan.

Keep a close eye on this space for updates on when the episode will be released. It's an exciting opportunity for us to connect, share our stories, and hopefully, offer valuable insights that will enhance your experience as residents of Tokyo while addressing important issues like bullying prevention, physical and mental health.
