Looking for a way to teach children about diversity and inclusion?

Mio The Beautiful is a Sakura Medal Nominated children's book written in English and translated into Japanese that tells the story of my biracial African Canadian and Japanese daughter, name Mio.

Mio experienced racial bullying at her Japanese elementary school because of the color of her skin, and as her father, I wrote this book to spread the universal message that all children are beautiful, no matter their skin color.
